Does anybody knows anything about starting a Halfway House

Bad idea it is illegal to run a halfway house for profit. Most are federally funded via grant money. However if you can collaborate with someone who has the knowledge to navigate the guidelines on operating a halfway house you could own the property and they could rent it from you.
