Property Management Rental Property Reports

Just curious, for property managers, what kind of reports you provide your clients with (i.e. Delinquent Tenant Report, Tenant Screening Reports, Rent Roll, Etc.), and how often (i.e. Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly)?
