Sewer backup from wet wipes -$450 to clear it out

I have a duplex that just cost me $450 to get the sewer line cleared out from excessive use of wet wipes. The water backed up into the washers in the basement and i had to have the sewer line cleared and the water cleaned up. Can I charge the tenants?

They would definitely be responsible but it would depend on if your lease covers this type of negligence.  My lease states any plumbing issues after the first 2 weeks is on the tenants to repair.  I would make sure something is included going forward to avoid this situation again.
