Home Warranty on My ADU?

My home warranty with Old Republic just expired and I found out they weren't covering my ADU. Should I buy a home warranty for my ADU? It's from the 80's and Im just waiting fro something to go wrong. Any Recommendations on a good home warranty for an ADU property? Also should I renew my home warranty on my main residence?
