Airbnb or long term lease?

I have a 3/2 ranch style home in Vancouver Washington. It’s a nice family neighborhood. Problem is I work most of the week in Seattle. I haven’t been able to find a job here.

I’m considering either putting it on Airbnb for the time that I’m gone, for the entire time, or leasing it out to a long-term tenant.

Anyone have pros and cons for these approaches?
