1st Multi Unit Property

After all the research, reading and doing more due diligence, I know I’m now ready to take action! The property I’m looking at purchase is updated and has tenants occupied. Any advice far as taking over a property with current tenants?

@Jaylan Route I would also be sure you inform that seller that you plan on doing tenant interviews before closing.  This will give you a great sense of what issues there are at the property.  The tenants will NOT hold back, since they will want you to fix anything that has been an issue as soon as you take over.
