Rent collection software

Scott D. Smith
Posted

I just purchased a 23 unit property and I'm looking for an automated way to collect rent.  I don't want to accept checks as I'm living in another state. Cozy seems easy to use but they have an F rating on BBB. If you are using Cozy, I would love to hear your feedback. And if anyone can offer an alternative, I'd appreciate that too. What are the drawbacks of having tenants pay me via ACH directly from their bank account and not bothering with a third party software like Cozy?

Thanks!
