Have any of you experience with adult employed roommates, not 18-21 year old students? I have a very interesting possibility for a 5 bed house that could work at around $600 per person plus sec. dep. & utilities for 3-4 guys with jobs and no pets or smoking. The money management might be tricky, but for $600 /month probably each guy would be able to meet the cost. How about utilities should I pay & issue each one their piece of it? i can keep the account & pay via website. I will establish rules and they have to sign off via the lease. One person would see to it that the rent is collected & paid on time to my bank.
