Need place to live asap creative deals? Advice?

Please don't judge me. My kids and i need a place to live in Utah county, slc, Davis county or  Weber county within 9 days. I have $500 right now. I'm Open to other parts in the usa because you never know. 

I would love to partner with you if you are a seasoned investor or professional, expert and fix up a property. I am not picky as far as creating the deal and terms go with you.I could then rent from you or We could enter into a split profit deal. I'm open to options.

I am thorough, strategically inclined, previous project management experience, managerial, My own start up middleman contractor business. As well as  SEO, Administrative, very intelligent and am respectful, genuine and good with people. I can sell to and motivate almost anyone. Maybe even you.

i said, I am knowledge about creative real estate investing and all cash  deals. I can manage apartments as well. I have past experience. Nmd, rto, sub2s. I JVed with a partner a few years ago. I ran my own trade vendor sub business for a few years. I have $500 to my name and will have more in a few weeks. Im amazing with start ups, connecting subcontractors with customers. I have access to contractors and handymen.

 I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for here. When we teach new investors the red flags high risk tenants exhibit it sounds exactly like your story. The very fact that you've only got $500 to your name proves that you aren't actually amazing with start ups, subcontractors and customers. Not trying to be harsh here but I need to call it like I see it. Can't let an unsuspecting person get loured in with this story.
