Tenant Rent and Pet Late Fee
I recently rented my house the tenant pays the rent and forgot to pay the pet fee. I noticed the tenant and told her she has 24hrs to make payment. She acknowledged and I went out of town for business and forget to follow up. She pays this month rent with the pet fee but I still didn't get the pet fee from last month. What is my legal course of action if any? Or should I just reminded her and see if she make payment as she did admit it was omitted by error. Also, moving forward how should I handle a situation like this in the future?
