Need help: How to use car garage under unit
I have a triplex in Los Angeles. 2 units are in one building and the 3rd unit is above a 3-car garage. The tenants in the first building want access to the garages but the tenant in the 2nd building (above car garage) Is concerned about the electricity that would be used since his electric bill is for the entire building.
Any ideas on how to handle this? Thanks.
