property management software compared

I know this topic is popular, but I am really having a hard time making a decision. I found a few websites I like, but i keep running into something that doesn't quite fit us. We have about 100 single family residential properties. Half are renters and half are buyers. I really want to import our info with excel (or quickbooks)  instead of type in info on 100 properties and people. I started with Tenant Cloud, but my customers are not all renters. The import tool is limited and then i have to go and "move in"  the people.   My boss has agreed to maybe $75-$100 a month, but many sites want 1-2 dollars a property.  Then I learned there are extra charges for collecting payments online.  There has got to be a better way then just quickbooks and filing.

Any suggestions on good ways to compare these many options?  Anyone in a similar situation that loves the property management site they are using?

THANKS

Kathy
