Finding an honest tenant

I keep getting fake paystubs and references! I cant seem to find an honest tenant. What should i do?

Yup, just keep at it.  I can’t seem to find anyone who can tell the truth either.  I only  show the house after my pre screen, which asks credit score....guys says 650.  Fills out the app and pays for the credit/background check...credit 583, with a few arrests for illegal substances.  Today’s applicant says mid 600’s, it’s 470 with an eviction last summer.  In her notes she wrote “no evictions”.
