Finding a Property Manager in PA?

Good Morning! I have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse that was just fully renovated in Mechanicsburg, PA that I am looking to rent out at the beginning of May. I was planning to manage the property myself but my employer is moving me out of state for a new position. 

I'm in the process of searching for a property management company to take over the property while I'm away. Does anyone in the central PA area have PM companies they use or recommend?

Any overall tips on red flags to avoid while interviewing PMs I might have missed?
