So due to social distancing my wife would rather i do some type of online lease renewal with our tenants. Is there any you are using that you would suggest? Do i need to rewrite it my contracts or do i upload my current contract and it just does its own verification somehow?

@Daniel Alegre I use docusign for almost all my virtual lease signings. I own properties in B class areas here in Berwyn and Lyons, IL. Most of my tenants like this arrangement. I normally do this for the 2nd lease though as I find that the initial lease signing is pretty hard to avoid. Tenants are often times very nervous taking over an apartment, and that first lease signing is tough to skip I find.
