What are property managers doing in NC? I know that we will not be doing any evictions, but what do you think of a fee waiver form for them to fill out to waive any late fees, asking them to provide proof of where they work so we know they’re out of a job. Then a payment plan form so we can get caught up once they start working? Does anybody have an example of such a form?
