Is Coronavirus a valid reason to avoid paying rent

Would you allow your tenant to skip rent this month because of the virus? And would they have to repay you once all is good?

 Yes looks like it. As I understand it rent isn't being forgiven. Eviction courts are simply not going to be evicting people on their regular schedule. They are suspending eviction courts, not forgiving debt. So yes you could and quite possibly should evict a tenant who doesn't make up for lost rent.
