As all New Jersey investors obviously know there is a lockdown in New Jersey and only essential businesses are allowed to be open, was wondering if I am allowed to show my properties to prospective tenants??

@Sami Gren -  There's no argument there.  But how do you plan on meeting them if your city actually enforces this stay in place order?

Ideally I'd like to meet them face to face, but I pre-screen before I allow them to see it, and then I very thoroughly screen with credit/background/employment verification during the actual application process.

You have to work with the tools you've been given.  Face to face interactions is one tool that's been taken from me, but I will continue to do what I can and fill vacant units
