Moving Mom into Vacation Home
My parents and son own a home in Georgia. All of them live in New Jersey now and the home is vacant.
They want to have me the their daughter/mom move in as primary residence.
There is an HOA. The HOA has reached their max number of rentals.
Market rent is $850.
What are the rules for family members living in vacation homes?
