Looking for rental comps

Hey guys, I have a triplex in Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, PA. I’m trying to refinance my mortgage, and they’re looking for rental comps in my area. They won’t accept rentals that are still active on the market. I was hoping someone knows of a site I can look into what other like-size/condition rentals are under lease for in my area. Thanks in advance!
