April 1st Rents - Hows it Looking?

As April 1st has now rolled around, most property owners and asset managers will be seeing the initial results of the economy and pandemic affecting rents.

On our end, we just fully leased up our most recent acquisition of 16 units and all rents paid! A few other tenants in 1-2 duplexes, going on payment plans however not game-changing. Had a great discussion with our lender on a few properties and options are available for loan payment deferrals or even loan changes to interest-only.

How is everyone doing? Less rents then expected ? More rents then expected?

Whats the plan now the results are in for the properties or tenants affected?
