Eviction during covid outbreak

Now that all evictions have been halted due to the pandemic has anyone heard of any landlord relief for mortgages and maintenance obligations. I'm sure i'll have better odds buying power-ball tickets but hopeful.

@Terry Fox

I believe if the tenant pays rent for the next month the lease turns into month to month.

As for evictions or anything pertaining to real estate, I would highly recommend WWMR law firm or Ged Law. They are very knowledgable.
