Hi all. What site or method do you use for background checks of potential renters?

I use smartmove through TransUnion.  I get results back very quickly.  You send the tenant info to your account.  The potential tenant receives an email from smartmove and they pay smartmove direct.  It’s very smooth.  You will re rice an email from smartmove with the results.
