Ok! So I own a duplex and I live on one side. I am a minority so I say this from a good place. We rented the other side to an Ecuadorian family of 5 (husband, wife, and three kids). For the last week I have seen a family come here every night with there kids. They leave during the day and come back at night. It has been 6days of this behavior. I believe they are sneaking around. We explained that if they have any other guess longer than 10 days then they are to be added to the lease.the tenants already pay high rent in New England but I feel like I need to address this asap lo 10days

They probably don't 'understand' that there is something wrong with having extra people living there, or that there are rules to the lease.  Unless you discuss this issue with them, they will think it's no problem.

Not sure what the nationality of the tenant has to do with the situation or the post, but since you are a minority, I guess that makes it ok.  (sarc)
