New Rental Property Investor
Good Morning to you all! I am currently in the process of purchasing a home that is tenant occupied on a month to month basis. The tenant has been there since 2016 and the current owners lease is transferring over to me. I’ve reviewed the lease but I would like to get my own documents that BPs provides and have him sign them. I’m looking for some guidance if anyone is willing to share. Thanks!!!
