Payment acceptance for monthly rent
Hi all,
How do you accept your monthly rent payments? Do you require auto pay or offer online payments? If so how do you set that up? Thanks for the help.

We do everything except cash. Some of our tenants are older, don't like technology, they deposit checks into a lock box at our apartment building. How they pay is not a concern, if they don't pay; that is a concern.
