Salon suites business
I'm interested in purchasing a salon suite studio. This is not a normal salon, but instead it is a building that has multiple small studio's that artists (nails, wax, hair, lashes) can rent out from the owner. Typical rents are about $800-$1200 a month. I would love to talk to someone that is familar with this business model and/or knows of one that is for sale. Thanks in advance!
