HOA Management Company Los Angeles

I've been living in a 12 unit condo complex in West LA for 5 years. Purchased 2 of the additional units as rental properties over the years and have now been asked to become a member of the HOA Board. Our HOA management company has been useless as long as I've known and just ups the monthly fees every year ($450 to $750 over four years). Anyone have recommendations for good HOA management companies the Los Angeles area?

In my condo building in Santa Monica we are on third management company in around as many years. The current one is by far the best - HOA Premier Management, hoapremier.com
