e-signing and delivery of keys / funds
We have a tenant who is signing their lease electronically (move due to relocation). They found the property yesterday (yes!) and so far have completed EVERY single thing we have asked (all documentation, all background, employment, rental history checks) and they are great. But... they want to sign the lease tomorrow (electronically). How do I quickly get keys/remotes to them AND receive cleared funds so quickly? We require "cleared funds" (either a cashiers check, personal check that has had time to clear, etc.) to gain possession - but how do you clear funds that fast?
