Bullet Proof Rental in Arizona

I'm a brand new landlord and my first tenant just gave me their deposit. They own a company that does bullet proof laminate and glass. They're asking me if they can bulletproof my house free of charge. Just wondering everyone thoughts and as to whether or not this is a good idea or a potential liability. Asking for a equity partner.
