Washer and dryer rental-Section 8
Does anyone rent washer and dryers to section 8 tenants? I have the clause in my lease and section 8 approved the lease. They are now questioning the charge for the machines. I have a rental with a different section 8 office and they allow it, again it's in the lease. The following is also in the HUD paperwork they give me to sign.
