Any good Landlord apps out there?

Hello,  ive been using ez landlord forms for about 10 years. what else is out there? I like the e signature on the leases they have but is there anything else that also allows Tennant's to pay with credit cards or just online? Thanks

@Josh Vaughn I strongly recommend looking into Innago, a free property management software. They provide several features such as online lease signing, like you mentioned, along with customizable options to set up your lease templates. You can also make use of their online rent payments feature, allowing your tenants to make payments via eCheck, credit and debit cards.

@Josh Vaughn, check out Burbz!  While they do not have the e-signature, yet, they do allow tenants to pay online.  I've had tenants pay with their bank accounts or credit card.

In fact, one of my new tenants just paid their security deposit with credit card because they wanted the points!  I found that interesting.

@Josh Vaughn I have used Tenant Cloud in the past and just recently switched over to Rentec Direct. Tenant Cloud was good to start with as it was free, but when I started managing other properties it just didn't fit for my style. Rentec Direct has an accounting setup that I like.
