Property Managers in Tampa

Hello, I am about to close on BRRRR deal in Tampa, I have narrowed down my Property Manager search between 2 companies :

• Bahia Property Management.
  Rent Solutions Property Management.

I have spoken with both, both have similar fees and structuring, and were very pleasant to speak with, as well as fast communication (a great sign).

My question is; does anyone in the BP family have experience with either? and if so can you please share your recommendation.
