I was wondering where people are getting wood flooring for their rental property? And If you have seen a higher value when adding wood flooring to a property?

For a sub $100K rental property: Lowes Project source 7mm wood laminate at $.60 / sq ft in dry areas. In kitchen and baths, peel and stick grout-able vinyl tile at $1.12 sq ft. Like @Ryan Savage mentioned, the 10% mil discount is helpful.

For a $150K plus property, luxury vinyl plank (wet and dry areas) and ceramic tile if you want a mixed look.

For a $200K rental property, sorry, that's above my pay scale.
