Escrow account for rent deposits

Hi, in reviewing the US and Oklahoma laws pertaining to leases/landlord-tenants, I read about escrow accounts. What have you found to be the best entity to set one up through? I know I can start an additional acct at my local bank branch, however I read about Capital One's 360 savings acct and wondered if anyone had any experience with it or have recommendations on other entities?

Thank you,

Javier
