Tenant Maintenance Request I need help with

Hi everyone, 

I attached a picture of under the sink in one of my tenants kitchen to this post 

I’m looking to get a handyman to handle this problem ASAP but not sure how to describe the problem to them without knowing. So please could anyone with experience give their opinion on this.

It looks like discoloration on the bottom of the metal sink. I'm not even sure what needs to be repaired here, but I would start with making sure all connections are fitted properly and not leaking.
