thoughts on my latest brrrr
on our latest brrrr home, we purchased this property for 40 k, spent another 50 k
to renovate it. its appox 1900 sq ft. house appraised at 170,000.00
our bank will loan us 80% of the aprasial which is 136 k
our area , 1000.00 is the most we can get for rent.
question is how much would you guys suggest financing it for ?
