Anyone ever use "Dwolla?"

I was doing some research into automatic billing for rentals and came across Dwolla, it says 25cents per payment and it can be setup to use automatic payments. Does anyone use it or heard good/bad reviews?

Most of my tenants don't have bank accounts so I don't see how this can help.
