I will be heading to Vegas from LA to look for rental investment properties. I wanted to see what experiences you've had with this. What zip codes would you recommend and why? how are vacancies and tenants? ill take it all! thank you!

I own 3 in Vegas...but live in DC. All going well. Best investments I personally own. Stick to Summerlin.
