triplex in philadelphia
I put an offer on a triplex in south philadelphia that needs rehab. the zoning turned out to be RSA (SFH) not RM1(multifamily) but they have city permits for triplex and is currently rented. Is this an issue to pull rehab permits? can it change in the future. It's my first multifamily investment and i'm thinking of pulling my offer out. I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you
