Rental Property Bookkeeping Software

Hey guys, 

Im looking for a relatively cheap or free bookkeeping software.  Preferably one that can do the math for you.  I currently using excel, and just started using Rental Hero, I like rental here but the way one has to input the values for mortgage principal, mortgage interest, taxes and insurance is very time consuming. 

Any recommendations would be great.
