Conivincing roommate to vacate

Alexander Rocha
Posted

I bought my 4 bedroom house 4 months ago and rented out the 3 bedroom to roommate right away. It was a hectic time and one of my roommate I found out I forgot to ask them to sign a lease month to month. The chemistry between him and other roommates isn’t quite there (such as cleaning habits and sleeping habits).he doesn’t clean up after himself in the restroom or kitchen very well and decides to cook late at night and play piano at 1am. Multiple conversations need to be had with him in order for him to correct his habits. I’m going to be having a conversation with him about him moving out and I wanted to know if there was any documents he would be able to sign that state he will be moving out willingly by a set date and it’s not a eviction
