Modular Studio for Aibnb on LTR Property
Hi All,
I am in the process of purchasing a home with a large yard and am curious about the possibility of installing a prefabricated studio in the yard for Airbnb/str income. I plan to rent the main house to LTR. Is this feasible? My main concern is whether the LTR would be ok with having this in their yard. Would it make sense to fence it off? So many questions and resources I have found so far.
