How much this could cost

I have a small roof that cover the stairway to basement. How much could the replacement cost? If feel the quotes I get are ridiculous. It's about 20 sq ft in total.

It is definitely the flashing along the wall! I receive quotes 2500, 3000, and 6000. Prime area. I wonder why they are not asking me to gift the house... I am out of state, I could fix it myself btw.

Those quotes are ridiculous.   Maybe put it on Craigslist or fiverr as a gig offered.
