Self advertise/manage property rental tips

I have a house listed for sale that isn’t selling (up in lake berryessa in Napa, CA). I’m considering renting it out and managing it myself. Does anyone have recommendations on which websites to use for advertising property rentals? I want to keep it listed for sale with my real estate agent while I try to rent it out, just in case it doesn’t sell...
