Tenant on work visa from Mexico?

What do I need to know about renting to a family whose head of household is in the U.S. on a work visa from Mexico?

I would ask/talk to them.  Why u moving? where u working? How are you going to have enough money to pay rent? How long is your visa good for? What's your plan after your visa ends?

My experience is every foreign person I've rented to on a Visa has been awesome.

@Heather Schmidtknecht, do you know what type of work visa it is? Seasonal, H1B, L1? You should definitely ask for the validity period of their current visa; visa renewals are not guaranteed these days.
