Rommate with section 8 tenant

I would appreciate to hear bigger pockets community advice and experience. I have a 3BR house attached to the main house in Hawaii. My family lives in the main house and it is separated from the attached rental 3BR house by the wall. One of my long term tenants just got a section 8 voucher and asking to accept her 1BR HUD voucher to rent one bedroom in 3 BR house. The other 2 bedrooms will be rented by another long term non-Section 8 tenant. Financially it will be the same rent and they are good tenants. Has anyone had any experience with this situation?
