Who should pay miscellaneous expenses on condo rental?
I own a condo in NJ that I'd like to rent. The regular property taxes are included in my monthly mortgage payment, but not the quarterly sewer tax. Also, my homeowners association requires our dryer vents to be professionally cleaned every other year for about $100. Are these expenses I should/can pass along to the tenant?
