Renting my first apartment

I am in the process of renting my first investment property. What are some good platform where I can advertise my property? What type of questions should I ask potential tenants? Should I do everything included or nothing include it?

@Aneury Tamarez I NEVER talk on the phone with potential tenants if I can help it. I do everything in batches using text and email. My goal is to find tenants who are not needy and who do not want to talk on the phone and you can waste a ton of time chatting with unqualified tenants.
