Renters with Forclosures or Evictions Due to COVID Shutdowns

This might be premature but was wondering what your views may be of renters with a foreclosure or evection due to the COVID shut downs.  With the high unemployment rates that came up and with people changing jobs and looking for other housing, I think this issue may come up in the next couple months once the guidelines preventing these actions is changed.   Will you view these derogatory marks on rental history differently than others?

@Daniel Showman an eviction is an eviction. There is always a story to be told and it is as valid today as it will be then. The dog ate my rent check!
